About Us Welcome to our website. We are a family run business that includes myself - Debbie, my partner Ian and our 3 year old son Jamie. Jamie was the inspiration for this business. I originally started as an Usborne Organiser (which I still manage to fit in somewhere) as I was amazed at the quality of books that Usborne produce and found the parties fun to do. It also meant that I could take Jamie with me which proved to be an ice-breaker going round the schools. From this led on to selling on ebay and having my own ebay shop. After gaining experience in selling children's books, the natural progression was on to selling children's toys, but not just any old toys.....hence the creation of 'Toys of Character'. Hopefully on this website you will find everything you will need for your child. From character tableware to bedroom furniture. I purchase the items direct from the licensee of the products, exactly the same as all the high street shops. Therefore any new product that is the 'in thing' for Christmas - I will be able to obtain. So....when your little one starts his or her present list, why not shop from the comfort of your own home and make 'Toys of Character' your first port of call. | |
